IKSA SHOTCRETE TECHNOLOGY (IST)
The requirement for high quality, durable sprayed concrete, produced with lower health risks and less negative influences on the environment has been increasing. Wet mix applications are becoming more popular comparing to dry mix applications in underground construction, both in the tunnelling and mining sectors in Turkey and in the World because they offer better working conditions, reduced cost, and better time management. Besides EFNARC specifications are also supporting wet mix applications.
In order to meet the demands of the underground construction market, IST offers the following key tools, which enable successful, durable sprayed concrete structures to be constructed:
İKSANİT range of alkali-free and alkali based liquid and powder accelerators providing excellent early and long term strengths and durability. Group of products are developed to suit the site conditions.
İKSAMENT range of state-of-the-art superplasticisers giving you very low w/c ratio with high and extended workability which are compatible with accelerators.
A range of other additions such as silica fume, steel and macro-mezo-micro synthetic fibres.

The “Iksa Shotcrete Technology” will enable you to produce a shotcrete concrete which is more homogeneous, cohesive and cost effective. Our technology offers less rebound with lower amount of accelerator with improved final strength, extremely high initial strength, pumping over longer distances, easier and faster finishing, improved quality and durability and no dust at the jobsite.

Since our core business is shotcrete technology, we would like to give some more information regarding our shotcrete additives:
IKSANIT series are non-toxic liquid additives used with sprayed concrete for consolidating rock surface in tunnels, galleries, retaining walls and concrete linings applied through wet mix shotcreting and guniting.
